Summer affords us some give. Some give in our schedules and tasks. But, things slip. We get out of the habits of the good things – exercise, working on projects, certain cleaning schedules and more.
Even if you don’t have children in school, the beginning of September feels like a mini-New Year. It is a great time to push the alarm clock a little earlier, fill in the planner with to-do’s and sessions you want daily (i.e. exercise, food prep, food shopping, etc) and gather up all those to-do lists and create a plan.
So, use September to re-start your routine. Make sure you schedule some fun to get you through the busyness!
