Below are courses I have created.  I can modify or tailor a mix of topics for varying lengths up to 2 hours.

I can speak in your home to friends, in your business or for a community program.  I have spoken for two continuing education programs for several years, libraries, senior centers, Mom’s Clubs and I am currently a speaker for the CDPHP Wellness programs.
